Warehouse Associate
This is an opportunity to join our dynamic team in our unique and inspiring Red Hill store. Part-time and casual positions are available. Must be able to work three days a week.
At Simply for Strings, our vision is to connect people to music through quality instruments and magical experiences, whether that be in-store or online!
We are currently on the look out for our next Warehouse Associate; we’re looking for:
- Someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
- A passionate and friendly individual, able to provide great customer service to our online customers
- Previous admin, customer service, or warehouse experience is highly regarded
- Someone with great problem solving abilities and is able to think on their feet
- Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Interest in music and string instruments is an advantage but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and sending customer orders
- Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding stock levels
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Assisting with organisation of incoming stock
- Shipping fragile and bulky musical instruments
- Maintain a clean warehouse environment
