Shout out to James who sold me a violin bow last year. I rang on a Saturday morning to see if it was a good day to buy a violin bow. James said every day was a good day for buying a bow! I told him a bit about the music I play and that I just play alone in my lounge room. After getting stuck in traffic I arrived to find James had selected some for me to try. I was lucky to have the green room to myself, which was a much less intimidating experience for me. It ended up being a wonderful experience and the bow I chose has improved the sound of my violin so much. There was no pressure to buy beyond my budget or performance needs. I play daily and love my new sound and have added many new fiddle pieces to my repertoire using this wonderful new bow. James was very kind and encouraging. He even took the time to play a tune with me. Thank you very much.
Both my daughter and I had a great experience shopping for a replacement string set for her Allegro 7/8 cello. Michael was patient, and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In the end, my daughter decided on the Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Gold Cello D, C, G Strings and Thomastik Versum Solo Cello A String. Extraordinary service... I recommend anyone thinking of replacing their instrument strings and not sure which suits best to book the 'Green Room' experience! Thanks again Michael for taking the time to help us with choosing the right strings and appreciated your expertise and guidance.
Thank you for the awesome, and very cheerful service provided when choosing my new violin. From the video consult at the start and the great information and the the willingness to send your beautiful instruments all the way to Adelaide for me to try was truly amazing. A special thank you to Matisse and Bella for your exceptional service.
